Since couple of weeks – Supreme Court and V K Singh who is also the Army Chief of India having mis-understandings on Date of Birth of V. K. Singh which is in the defence records as May 10th 1950 and the problem started when army chief wants his DOB to correct it as May 10th 1951. In this process this supreme court today morning delivered a statement that – Army Chief V. K. Singh agree with the Date of Birth which is in defence records.
Finally today afternoon hours – Army Chief withdraw his petition and said ” Dont wish to press the matter further”
With this both the parties have agreed to the identity that V.K. Singh is born on the actual date which is recorded in defence database.
