Yash Raj Productions another movie is about release in December. “Baad Baaja Bhaarat” , which cats Anushka Sharma and a new comer Ranveer Singh. It will be directed by Maneesh Sharma who worked as assistant director the movie Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. Salim-Sulaiman who are famous musical duo brother who gave background scores for many superhit movies and music for many blockbusters like ChakDe India , Fashion , Iqbal , Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi ,Rocket Singh , Pyaar Impossible etc which are musically a big hit is composing music for this movie too. They recently agreed to compose music for a telugu film “Anaganaga Oka Dheerudu” casting Siddarth and Shruti Hassan. Anyway coming to “Baad Baaja Bhaarat” , the music was recently released into market and the music is really refreshing an new like their other movies. The plot of this movie is Shruti (Anushka Sharma) and Bittoo (Ranveer Singh) are two 20-something years olds who have just graduated from Delhi University’s Ramjas College. Apart from this the two are otherwise very different one from the other. Indeed, Shruti, coming from a middle-class household, is very driven, ambitious and focused, while Bittoo is a bit of a slacker and mostly interested in having fun with his friends. A chance meeting leads them to reluctantly start a tumultuous business venture as Wedding Planners together, however with one strict rule: not to mix business with pleasure. Through their business they experience the ups and downs of the lavish world of the glamour and glitz of Delhi weddings, something which will test their friendship over time and eventually make them discover one another.
Coming to the review of the music , the movie have seven songs. The tile song “Baad Baaja Bhaarat” is a kind off theme music and it was composed as usual very good. There are three dance numbers “Ainvayi Ainvayi” , “Dum Dum” , “Baari Baari” which are really foot tapping. There is a melody song “Aadha Ishq” which was beautifully sung by Shreya Ghoshal. One melody beat song “Tarkeebein” , its kind off different cool youthful song with good lyrics and last song but not least “Mitra” which is good. “Ainvayi Ainvayi”, “Aadha Ishq” and theme “Baad Baaj Bhaarat” are the best tracks of this album. Rest are also good. The music is really grooving and foot tapping. Lets hope the would as great as the music. The film is scheduled to release on December 10, 2010.
Overall the music can be given a rating of 3.5 out of 5
