After the failure of “Panjaa”, Pawan Kalyan has moved onto his next project “Gabbar Singh” under the direction of Harish Shankar who has directed “Mirapakay”. “Gabbar Singh” is the remake of the movie “Dabangg” and Ganesh babu is producing this movie under the banner of Sai Parameswari Movies. He has earlier produced the movie “Teen Maar” too.
The movie shooting is going on with a rapid pace. They have earlier shot in Hyderabad and then moved to Pollachi , Kerala to shoot some of the action sequences. They have returned from Pollachi and now the movie unit will be going to France, to shoot a song on the lead pair in Paris. Shruti Hassan is playing the female lead and Pawan Kalyan will play the role of a corrupted officer in the movie. Devi Sri Prasad is composing tracks for this movie.
