Vice – President Position contestant Mr. Hamid Ansari files his nomination today and backed by the huge support of Congress Party. Hamid Ansari is going to contestant for the Vice President for the first time in his political career and another contestant who is also having much more deep roots into Politics is Jaswanth Singh who had great support from Bharatiya Janata Party – BJP and NDA alliances.
Hamid Ansari UPA candidate will get tough competition from Jaswanth Singh of BJP. But TMC already support President candidate Pranab Mukherjee and now it will go ahead with the Vice – President candidature Hamid Ansari as couple of days back he called Smt. Mamata Banerjee to support him.
So if the competition gets tough then Jaswanth Singh will have an edge but if the sources from New Delhi to be believed Hamid Ansari is going to win the election. We have to wait for the next month to know the official result.
