IIT JEE 2011 Question paper is having three questions in Paper-I of the IIT-JEE 2011 were found to be “incorrect”. All the questions were from mathematics section. Unless IIT-JEE officials clarify this issue, students might lose 9 marks. Every question carries 3 marks.

Going by the reaction of the students, the exam was bit simpler than the previous year, also as the number of students have increased the cut-off is expected to rise marginally.

Also don’t worry about the subject wise cut-off, if you have cleared the actual cut-off then your subject wise cut-off should have been cleared because it’s always less than 10 marks per subject.

So here is what the expected cut-off may be

Predicted            Rank Marks

1-500                     More than 315

500-1000              290-315

1000-2000            268-290

2000-3000            251-268

3000-4000            240-251

4000-5000            231-240

5000-6000            222-231

6000-7000            215-222

7000-8000            209-215
