Powerstar Pawan Kalyan latest release Panjaa which was hyped after its Teaser got unprecedented positive talk. But after it got released on 9th December everyone includes fans and movie buffs started comparing it with his 2005 release Balu ABCDEF and Mahesh Babu “Athadu”.
The only saving grace of the movie was Pawan Kalyan, Songs and High Quality Picturization. Panjaa got average talk after its initial flop talk, but the final talk came into place on last sunday. 40% of the occupancy was empty in almost all theaters. Which is a very big cause for overall collections of Panjaa movie.
Producers are not at all revealing the total collections till date. Even first day collections are not out. But it was well known that it got 16.2 crore gross which was the second highest collection in India after bollywood hit movie Bodyguard.
But due to lack of quality story content – Panjaa collections and talk got negative all over Andhra Pradesh except overseas where they liked it very much compared to India.
So Pawan Kalyan after giving Puli and Teenmaar cant get a big success with Panjaa which became an average and probably below average @ box-office.
